How Shipping Works
Most products in our store are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item, your location, and the supplier's rates — you'll see the exact cost before completing your order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates and delivery estimates for US orders are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by product and supplier location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of the order being placed.
International Shipping
We ship to customers in over 27 countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Split Shipments
If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, your items may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to make it right.
