At our shop, we strive to provide high-quality, carefully selected stones and a positive buying experience. Due to the unique and natural nature of our products, all sales are considered final and we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
That said, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item so we can review and make it right.
We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Please note:
- Natural variations in color, shape, and texture are expected and are not considered defects.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit once they have been shipped. We will work with the carrier to provide a fair resolution for any shipping issues.
